Annual Preeceville Christmas craft sale said successful

The annual Preeceville Christmas craft sale attracted vendors and early Christmas shoppers to the Preeceville Community Legion Hall on December 2.

            The annual Preeceville Christmas craft sale attracted vendors and early Christmas shoppers to the Preeceville Community Legion Hall on December 2.

            Vendors with their products that were in attendance included: Kathy Reynolds, baking; Janet Mcmartin, baking; Florian Balawyder with hardwood serving boards; Tammy Pantiuk, Rada knives; Eugenie Kennedy, knitted and crocheted items; Angela Nagy, Tupperware; Cary Konkel, Christmas trees; Betty Tonn, baking; Sandra Johnson, puzzle lamps; Shannon Prestie, honey; Ann Leason, baking; Judy Schur, wooden signs; Heather Prestie, honey; Preeceville Nursery School;  Eugene Worobetz, garlic; Preeceville Ukrainian Catholic Women, baking; Marie Kupchinski, Mary Kay; Megan Maier, honey and bees’ wax candles; Lucie Vesala with sauerkraut and maple syrup; Violet Gibb, Midnight Ice Fine Handcrafting; Judy Lillebo, pillows; Nancy Logan with Buckle Up Boys purses; Tricia  Kristjansen with Monat; Wendy King and Phyllis Gowan, crocheted items; Shirley Stoudt with Regal; Irene Boychuk, Christmas signs; Lindsey Buhker, wooden signs; Danielle Kouto with Mama's  Homemade products; Judy Bjornstad, art; Tamie Poruchnek, cotton rugs; Tina Isaac, baking, and Howard and Katherine Penner with Country Market baking.

            The Preeceville Public Library sponsored the event.

            The Preeceville Harvard Air Cadets sold lunch.

            Santa Claus was in attendance with sponsorship by the Family Resource Centre and the library. Treat bags filled with books and literacy items were sponsored by Thirsty Dogz, and Pauls Drugs Store. Children had the opportunity to have their picture taken with Santa for a small fee.
