A coed slo-pitch tournament, on July 16, during the Preeceville Lions Western Weekend attracted 12 teams.
The Rama Rams defeated the Ryley's Rockets to win the A side and the Outlaws defeated the Thunder Monkeys to win the B side.
Other teams entered were: Renslip, Hudson Bay, Mean Machine, Border Bleakers, The Chillies, Out of Reach, Son of Pitches and Butter Balls.
On July 17, four teams were entered in the men's fastball tournament. Teams entered were Hudson bay, Fishing Lake, Rosebud and Perigord.
A senior slo-pitch tournament was held with four teams entered. The teams were from Swan River, Melville and Kamsack and the Assiniboine Aces.
