Theft of Lumber

The Canora/Sturgis RCMP members are investigating the theft of lumber from the Nehaj Building Center that occurred around April 16. Over $1,100 worth of lumber was stolen from the lot behind the building. The RCMP are looking for assistance from the public and anyone with any information regarding this incident is asked to please contact the Canora/Sturgis RCMP at 306-563-4700 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.

Fire in RM of Keys

On April 19 the Canora/ Sturgis RCMP received a complaint regarding a barn house that had burnt down near the RM of Keys. The barn house was last seen standing sometime in October of 2018 before it was reported that it was no longer standing.  RCMP are asking the public for assistance and to please contact the Canora/Sturgis RCMP Detachment at 306-563-4700 if anyone has seen or heard anything regarding this incident.

Theft of Feeders

On April 23 the Canora/Sturgis RCMP received a theft complaint regarding six stolen stainless steel self-feeders in the area near Rama. The self-feeders combined are worth approximately $5000. RCMP members are asking the public for assistance and to provide Canora/Sturgis RCMP with any information if anyone has heard or seen anything related to this incident.
