Preeceville residents invited to meet and greet town council candidates

The Town of Preeceville Board of Trade sponsored an opportunity for residents to meet and greet the candidates who ran for a seat on the Town of Preeceville council at the Preeceville Club 60 on October 21.

            The Town of Preeceville Board of Trade sponsored an opportunity for residents to meet and greet the candidates who ran for a seat on the Town of Preeceville council at the Preeceville Club 60 on October 21.

            Russ Peet, Board of Trade representative, welcomed all candidates and residents.

            The event began with the introduction of the candidates, which was followed by an opportunity for questions and answers and conversations.

            The candidates who ran for council and were in attendance at the meet-and-greet session were: Sheldon Luciw, Allan Bodnar, Welma Bartel, Stacey Strykowski, Florian Balawyder, Ed Balyski, Sheldon Nelson, Riley Erickson, Johnny Petryshyn, Jim Ward and Darin Newton. Ralph Ager did not attend the function.

            A set of questions, which was drawn up by the Board of Trade, was posed to the candidates.
