Preeceville School staff members celebrated

On February 1, the Preeceville School acknowledged its staff members for their dedication and years served in the school. Doug King, principal, and Lisa Wotherspoon, a Good Spirit School Division representative, made the presentations.

Preeceville School bus drivers and School Community Council representatives were acknowledged by the school and by Lisa Wotherspoon (Good Spirit School Division representative).             On February 1, the Preeceville School acknowledged its staff members for their dedication and years served in the school.

            Doug King, principal, and Lisa Wotherspoon, a Good Spirit School Division representative, made the presentations.

            Bus drivers who received service awards were: Loretta Prekaski for 20 years serice, while Mona Wiwcharuk and James Prekaski each received 10-year service awards.

            School Community Council members who received acknowledgement were Kyla Galiz, Amanda Balyski, Kim Murray and Stacey Strykowski.
            Bill Dodge, teacher, received a 20-year service award.

            Bonnie Lisitza received a 10-year service award.

            Sharon Bileski received a 15-year service award.
            Leslea Hanson, teacher, received the Good Spirit School Division Sea Star Award.

            The Sea Star award is given to someone who is dedicated to the school, an individual or part of a team who is making a difference and displays a high level of achievement, according to the GSSD website.
