The Stenen Post Office presented a plaque to the Village of Stenen Volunteer Fire Department in salute to its dedicated members in Stenen on February 22.
“The plaque was donated by Canada Post in honour of all emergency responders,” said Vicky Mills, Village of Stenen post office.
Mills and Mayor Victor Wasylenchuk presented the plaque to Jason Anaka, Volunteer Fire Chief.
“The Village of Stenen relies on its volunteers,” stated Mills. “Thanks to the men and women who volunteer in our communities, and a salute to our responders.”
