Council accepted and acknowledged the waste water treatment facility project report given by the chief administrator and Colliers Project Leaders.

The lift station upgrades are to be completed by June 16 with the total completion date set for June 30.

Reports from the mayor and councillors on the Municipality of Saskatchewan virtual convention were filed and acknowledged.

Council accepted and paid the invoice from Sun Dog Consulting Ltd., in the amount of $500 for property cleanup services on Fifth Street South East.

Reports were filed and accepted by the town foreman, the mayor, community development officer, recreation coordinator and the chief administrator.

Council approved the installation of Sasktel Internet service into the Preeceville Community Legion Hall at an estimated cost of $840 per year. The password access to the Internet will be provided to renters of the facility at an additional cost of $20.

The Access cable services at the town doctor locum unit was to be cancelled.

The lease agreement with the Preeceville Nursery School for the east half of the main level area and adjacent washroom facilities at the Preeceville Recreation Centre was approved by council.

The 2021 Saskatchewan Assessment Management Agency requisition in the amount of $16,829 was acknowledged.

The Parkland Regional Library levy for 2021 of $15,131 was acknowledged and as required, 50 per cent of the levy was to be paid prior to February 28 and the remainder was to be paid by September 1.

The Town of Preeceville made a donation of $1,000 to STARS air ambulance.

The Parkland Regional Waste Management Authority committee report was accepted and acknowledged.
