The first matter was the Waste Water Treatment Facility projects. Council approved the status report provided by the Chief Administrative Officer.

The bylaw officer recommended to remedy the properties located at 325 Highway Avenue East and 223 Third Street Northeast.

Council accepted a tender from one individual for the purchase of property located at 324 Highway Ave East in the amount of $8.000.

Councillors Welma Bartel and Darin Newton presented their report on the Municipalities of Saskatchewan virtual general meting.

Braydon Walker was hired for the summer student position of Cemetery Intern.

Council accepted a quote by Canadian Paving Services to perform crack filling work on Main Street North, and to patch trenches and crack fill areas on First Street Northwest for an estimated cost of $26,400.

Council exchanged its 2019 bobcat skid steer for a 2021 bobcat skid steer loader, made possible through the Town’s participation in the Municipal Bobcat Renewal program.

Council also accepted a quote from Redhead Equipment to purchase a 4 in 1 Reactor Blade.

The Town of Preeceville will host the annual council and staff supper appreciation event in August.

Council approved a rental increase at the Lions Hostel units from $400 to $450.
