Busy week of hockey action at Preeceville Arena

The Preeceville Pats peewee hockey team spilt a pair of home games. The first was a loss to Langenburg on December 1 with a final core of 6 to 5. Scoring for Preeceville were: Bryker Smith (three goals), Mason Babiuk and Avery Franklin.

The Preeceville Pats peewee hockey team spilt a pair of home games. The first was a loss to Langenburg on December 1 with a final core of 6 to 5. Scoring for Preeceville were: Bryker Smith (three goals), Mason Babiuk and Avery Franklin. Assist were by Mason Babiuk and Kimmuel Albarracin.

The peewee team also took on Canora on December 2, winning by a final core of 5 to 3. Scorers for Preeceville were: Bryker Smith (three goals), Cole Secundiak and Nathan Anaka. Assist were by Zander Purdy and Rachel Enge.

The Preeceville midget team played three home games during the week. On November 24, the team took on Fort Knox in a shutout with a final score of 6 to 0. Scoring for Preeceville were: Tyler Kopeck (two goals), Wyatt Anaka (two goals), Hunter Shankowsky and Connor Nagy. Assist were by Ryan Bear, Shae Peterson, Jessie Biletski, Dylan Wiwcharuk, Jacob Danyluk, Grady Wolkowski and Carter Masley.

On November 30, the midgets took on Yorkton and came away with a 7 to 1 win. Scorers for Preeceville were: Todd Pankratz (two goals), Carter Masley (two goals), Dylan Wiwcharuk, Jakob Turchinetz and Jacob Danyluk. Assist were by Shelby Wallin, Shae Peterson, Todd Pankratz, Tyler Kopeck, Dylan Wiwcharuk and Maxwell Mydonick.

The midgets faced off against Moosomin on December 1. Ryan Bear scored the only goal, unassisted, in a 4 to 1 loss.

The novice hockey team were defeated by Canora on November 26 with a 9 to 1 final score. Gavin Erickson produced the only goal, unassisted.

The bantam Pats team took on Langenburg on November 18 with a 7 to 3 victory. Scoring for Preeceville were Kaiden Masley (three goals), Seth Hort (two goals), Logan Wolkowski and Austin Krawetz. Assist were by Kaiden Masley, Seth Hort, Chaz Jaeb, Hudsyn Nelson, Hayden Strelioff, Trever Geistlinger, Archer Franklin and Brynn Babiuk.

On November 28, the bantams were defeated by Melville with a final score of 8 to 1. The only goal scorer was Spencer Leech, unassisted.
