The Preeceville Atoms hockey team hosted a tournament on February 11with four teams entered. Visiting teams were from Hudson Bay, Yorkton and Nipawin.
The atoms faced off against Hudson Bay in their first game and defeated them by a final score of 9-2.
Scoring for Preeceville were Kimmuel Albarracin and Cole Secundiak with three goals each, and Mason Babiuk, Nathan Anaka and Cole Masley. Assists were by Mason Babiuk, Camryn Nelson, Kimmuel Albarracin, Nathan Anaka and Tristan Acosta.
The second game had Preeceville being defeated by Yorkton with a final score of 5-4. Scoring for Preeceville were Jayden Kazakoff and Cole Secundiak with two goals each. Assists were by Kimmuel Albarracin, Tristan Acosta, Camryn Nelson and Nathan Anaka.
The last game saw Preeceville defeated by Hudson Bay by 9-4. Scoring for Preeceville were, Cole Secundiak (two goals) and Nathan Anaka and Mason Babiuk. Assists were by Mason Babiuk, Camryn Nelson, Cole Secundiak and Jayden Kazakoff.
