The Preeceville bantams hockey team faced off against the Moosomin Rangers at the Preeceville Skating Arena on March 18 for the first game of the best-of-three series being played between Preeceville and Moosomin for the A-banner on March 18.
The final score was a positive start for Preeceville with a 4-2 win. Scoring for Preeceville were, Trever Geistlinger, Maxwell Mydonick, Camron Secundiak and Todd Pankratz. Assists were by TJ Ebert, Shae Peterson, Jacob Danyluk and Grady Wolkowski.
The second game is scheduled for March 25 in Moosomin. The third game, if necessary, is set to take place on March 27 back in Preeceville.
