Preeceville IP Hockey host annual tournament

The Preeceville Pats Initiation (IP) hockey team hosted a seven-team tournament on December 15. Teams entered represented Preeceville, Kamsack (two teams), Yorkton (two teams), Norquay and Hudson Bay.

The Preeceville Pats Initiation (IP) hockey team hosted a seven-team tournament on December 15.

Teams entered represented Preeceville, Kamsack (two teams), Yorkton (two teams), Norquay and Hudson Bay.

Each team played three times except one of the Yorkton teams, which played a total of four games.

”We did not keep score as the tournament was about getting out on the ice to have fun, learn new skills and build on the players existing skills’ that they already have,” said Ashley Ward, coach.
